*Things like "I'll dye for you"or "I melt for you" are obvious ways to say that you're into someone, but so is "I'm jealous about you"بغير عليك or بغار عليك (bigheer 3leik or bighaar 3leik). It doesn't mean that you're jealous in the traditional sense (the bad way), or jealous of that person, but rather that you care about them so much that you "have jealous tendencies", so to speak.

حال

(7aal): condition, state, situation, attitude, status, circumstance, ...

Obviously, the most common place to find this word is in a question we may hear quite often: كيف حالك؟ (kaif 7aalek/7aalak), or "How are you?" So, using that as a basis, we can understand him saying انت حالك حالي (enta 7aalek 7aali) to mean that they will feel the same (have the same "status") because they will be together and they will know how each other is doing all the time.

Wait, wait, wait. "Enta 3omri" means "you are my life" but so does "enta 7ayaati"...so what's the deal here? Think of it this way:
حياة
(7ayaah) means "life"
عمر
(3omr) means "age", "lifetime", or "lifespan". If I were to ask someone, "كم عمرك؟" (kam 3omrak), I would be asking them, "How old are you?" However, saying "أنت عمري" (enta 3omri) is not saying that you have the same age as me. Instead, it's just another term of endearment. It's more like saying "you are all the years of my life," or more simply, "you are my life."

Here, كفاية (kefaaya) means "enough" as in "That's enough! Stop it!"
The second part of this phrase is more of a rhetorical question. She is asking if the time during which they were separated was only a little, but she's not literally asking since we already know the answer: it's not a little, not at all. She loves him so much that even a little time apart is too much.
